Zapket

For social media agencies in India

The work, and the posting. Both in one place.

Zapket Flow plans the month and moves every job through the studio. Zapket Social gets it approved on WhatsApp and publishes it on time. Take one, or both — it is one login either way.

  • No card needed
  • Both free for 14 days
  • Prices in rupees

Built by Asket Studio, an agency with 40+ clients, for agencies like it.

  • for approvals

Two apps, one studio

One makes the work. The other gets it out.

Most agencies run both halves in spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups. These are the two halves, built to hand over to each other — and either one is useful on its own.

The month, and the work

Zapket Flow

Plan what every client gets this month, turn it into jobs, and move each one through the studio — graphics, video, copy, checking — so nobody has to ask who has it now.

  • One month plan per client, from a sheet or from scratch
  • Every job through its steps, with who has it and when it is due
  • Talk about a job beside the job, not in a group chat
  • Hand an approved month straight to Social

The approval, and the posting

Zapket Social

Everything that has to happen after the work is made: the client says yes on WhatsApp, and it goes out on time to every network without anybody staying up for it.

  • Clients approve on WhatsApp, with no login to remember
  • One calendar for every client and every network
  • Scheduled, published and checked, on time
  • What worked, in a report you can send

The day job

Six things go wrong in every studio. These are the six.

None of them is a software problem to begin with. They start as a sheet somebody stopped updating, a group chat with four hundred unread messages, and a Sunday evening that belongs to whoever answers first. Here is each one, and the part of Zapket that takes it off you.

  • “Where is the Diwali creative for Kanha Sweets?”

The brief is in a WhatsApp group, the reference is in Drive, the draft is on a designer's desktop, and the only person who knows how far along it is went home at six.

One job for that post, with the brief, the references and every draft on it, sitting at a step with somebody's name on it. Asking becomes looking.

    Zapket Flow

  • “I sent it Tuesday. Still no reply.”

A PDF on email, a follow-up on Thursday, and the post meant for Saturday goes up on Sunday — or goes up unapproved and gets taken down.

The post reaches the client in WhatsApp, where they already are, with Approve and Ask for changes. Approved schedules itself. Notes land on the post, not in a chat.

    Zapket Social

  • “Somebody has to be awake at seven.”

Sunday evenings, festival mornings and 11 pm reels are one person's job, done from a phone. The one that gets forgotten is always the one the client checks.

Posts go out on schedule to every connected network, and each one is checked afterwards — if a network was down when it tried, it says so instead of quietly failing.

    Zapket Social

  • “She has fourteen jobs. He has two.”

Work is handed out in the morning standup and nobody can see, by three o'clock, who is buried and who is free — until something is late and everyone finds out together.

Every person's load on one screen: what they hold, what is due today, what is already late. Move a job to somebody else in one drag.

    Zapket Flow

  • “Month-end costs us two days.”

Screenshots pulled out of forty accounts, pasted into a deck, for clients who mostly want to know whether it is going up or down.

Each client's report builds itself while the month runs and is emailed with your agency's name on it, on the date you pick.

    Zapket Social

  • “Everything he knew about that client left with him.”

The tone, the things never to say, the founder's preferences, the last six months of decisions — all of it in the head of the person who just resigned.

It lives on the client and on the jobs, so the person taking over reads their way in instead of asking their way in.

    Zapket Flow

And the one between them

The work is done. Now type it all in again.

This is the part nobody counts. The caption was written and checked in one place, then somebody retypes it into the scheduler. The approved artwork is downloaded and uploaded again. The date agreed in the plan is read off one screen and keyed into another, for every post, every month — and a typo here is a live post with the wrong price on it.

With both apps, an approved job hands itself over: caption, artwork, client, network and date arrive in the calendar already filled in. Nobody retypes anything, and the plan and the schedule cannot drift apart, because they are the same thing.

How it works

One month, from the plan to the published post

This is a real month at a studio running a dozen clients. The first half is Flow, the second half is Social, and the step in the middle is the one that usually costs an afternoon of retyping.

  1. 1

    Plan the client's month

    Zapket Flow

Twelve posts for Rangoli Boutique: what each one is, which festival or offer it hangs on, and the date it has to be live. Festival dates are already on the calendar, so nobody discovers Rakhi four days before it. If you already keep this in a sheet, bring the sheet.

  2. 2

    Turn the plan into jobs

    Zapket Flow

Each post becomes a job that walks its steps — copy, design, video, checking. It always sits with one person and one date, and the conversation about it happens on the job itself, so a decision made at 11 pm is still findable in March.

  3. 3

    Hand the approved month over

    Both apps

The caption, the artwork, the client, the network and the date arrive in the calendar filled in. This is the step that is otherwise a person with two windows open, and it is the reason most studios end up taking both.

  4. 4

    The client approves on WhatsApp

    Zapket Social

The post reaches them in WhatsApp with your agency's name on it, and they tap Approve or Ask for changes. No login to remember, no PDF to open. Notes come back onto the post, and approving it schedules it for the time already agreed.

  5. 5

    It publishes, then reports itself

    Zapket Social

Approved posts go out on schedule to every connected network and are checked afterwards, so a network being down is something you are told rather than something a client notices. At month end each client gets their own report, emailed under your name.

Approvals

Approvals where your clients already are

Clients don't open another app. The post arrives in WhatsApp with your agency's name on it, and one tap approves it or sends notes back to the post.

  • Approved posts schedule themselves at the time you picked
  • Notes land on the post, so nothing gets lost in a chat
  • You see who approved what, and when

Everything else an agency does all day

Festivals, already on the calendar

Plan ahead for the dates your clients' customers care about, and start a festival post in one tap.

  • Uttarayan
  • Holi
  • Rakhi
  • Navratri
  • Diwali
  • Christmas

One inbox for every client

Comments, messages and reviews in one place, with saved replies for the questions you answer every day.

  • Price please?
  • Do you deliver to Surat?
  • Lovely service, will order again

Reports clients read

A monthly report for each client, with your agency's name, emailed on its own.

Links and link in bio

Short links that count clicks, and a link in bio page for each client.

Take one, or both

Social is priced by the client, because that is what publishing scales with. Flow is priced by the person, because that is who does the work. Take both and every person costs less.

Most tools charge for every teammate. Zapket charges by how many clients you run, so adding a designer costs nothing.

Launch offer: subscribe by 31 December and keep this price for as long as you stay.

Everything, at the bundle rate. Clients for publishing, people for the work. Plan, approve and publish for every client. Priced by client, with your whole team included. The month planned and the work made. Priced by the person, with no tiers to jump.
